3 People = £ 102.00 per night or £635.00 per week.
4 people = £115.00 per night or £715.00 per week.
5 People = £128.00 per night or £795.00 per week.
6 people = £140.00 per night or £870.00 per week.

1-2 people = £94.00 per night or £585.00 per week.
3 People = £ 104.00 per night or £645.00 per week.
4 people = £117.00 per night or £730.00 per week.
5 People = £130.00 per night or £810.00 per week.
6 people = £142.00 per night or £885.00 per week.
These rates are inclusive of services, utilities and two car parking spaces but exclusive of a £65.00 end of stay cleaning charge. Rentals are not subject to Value Added Tax. Telephone calls are extra and will be charged at 10 pence per unit. The apartment is prepared for your arrival and cleaned upon departure. Additional maid service can be arranged locally. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Deposit
On all bookings a deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required. Upon arrival most properties will require a credit card imprint for a security deposit, this is to cover the cost of telephone calls/laundry charges if applicable and also any damages/dilapidations that may occur.
Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta. A 2.5% surcharge will be levied for bookings made by credit card. Payments can be made in £ Sterling or Euro by Bank Transfer/Wire - Bank details are available on request. The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.
Cancellation
If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £50.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.
